I. Basic Information of the Construction Project, Including Name, Location, and Construction Content
Project Name: Jinan Aohai Carbon Co., Ltd. Intelligent Mechanization Upgrade and Transformation Project for No. 1 and No. 3 Roasting Production Lines
Construction Location: Within the Aohai Carbon Plant Area, Kongcun Town, Pingyin County
Main Construction Content: Construction of two roasting workshops and two 6 6 room 13 fire channels 12 ring roasting furnaces with material boxes to replace the existing 1 No. 1 and No. 3 roasting workshops and two respectively 44 room 、 46 rooms 8-material box ring roasting furnaces ，along with supporting temperature control systems, modular mechanized charging and discharging systems, and roller conveyor systems. After the technical transformation, the pre-baked anode production capacity remains unchanged at 80,000 tons/year per roasting production line. Waste gas treatment facilities, wastewater treatment facilities, public auxiliary projects, and emergency water pools all rely on existing facilities.
Existing Projects and Their Environmental Protection Status: The existing projects involved in this project are 320,000 tons/year pre-baked anode project and roasting flue gas treatment project ，The environmental protection measures adopted by the above-mentioned devices are as follows:
Waste gas: Dust generated in the existing molding workshop is treated by a bag dust collector and discharged through multiple exhaust pipes; wet mixing, molding process asphalt smoke and benzo(a)pyrene are treated by an electrostatic precipitator then through 27 m exhaust pipe; waste gas from the crushing process of unqualified pre-baked anodes is treated by a dust collector and discharged through one exhaust pipe; waste gas from the cleaning process of pre-baked anodes is treated by a dust collector and discharged without organization; waste gas from the existing roasting furnace is treated by SNCR denitrification + electrostatic precipitator + ammonia desulfurization and discharged through one 77 m high exhaust pipe.
Wastewater: Project wastewater includes indirect circulating cooling system drainage and domestic sewage. Circulating cooling system drainage is all used to supplement the direct cooling system for molding and is not discharged. Domestic sewage is treated by “ Anoxic +Aerobic+Secondary Sedimentation Tank+Biofilter+Filtration+Disinfection ”process of wastewater treatment plant and reused, not discharged externally.
Noise: Sound insulation and vibration reduction measures are taken for equipment such as pumps;
Solid waste: Hazardous waste is entrusted to qualified units for disposal, general solid waste is sold, and domestic garbage is collected by the sanitation department.
