1. Project Overview
Project Name: Intelligent Transformation and Environmental Protection Facility Upgrade Project of the Pre-baked Anode Production Line of Jinan Aohai Carbon Co., Ltd.
Construction Location: Jinan Aohai Carbon Co., Ltd.
Main Construction Content: New construction of 2 sets of 66-chamber, 12-tray circular baking furnaces to replace the existing No. 2 42-chamber, 8-tray and No. 5 48-chamber, 8-tray baking furnaces. A new "Ammonia Desulfurization + Wet Electrostatic Precipitator" waste gas treatment facility will be built, along with an automatic temperature control system, a modular mechanized furnace charging and discharging system, and a roller conveyor system. After the completion of this project, the pre-baked anode production capacity of the No. 2 and No. 5 baking production lines will be increased from 160,000 tons/year to 260,000 tons/year, and the total pre-baked anode production capacity of the entire plant will be increased from 320,000 tons/year to 420,000 tons/year. Technical Improvement Project Wastewater treatment facilities, public utilities, and emergency water pools will all rely on existing facilities.
Total Investment of Technical Improvement Project 38600 ten thousand yuan. The construction content conforms to national industrial policy requirements. The project has obtained the Shandong Provincial Construction Project Filing Certificate, and the project code is 2403-370124-07-02-533256 。
