Jinan Aohai Carbon Co., Ltd. was established in 2001, with a registered capital of 24 million yuan, covering an area of 160,000 square meters, and currently employing over 800 people. The company mainly engages in the production, research and development, and sales of carbon products, with pre-baked anodes for aluminum electrolysis as its main product. In 2023, it achieved sales revenue of 3.143 billion yuan and taxes of 138 million yuan.

The company has advanced and complete production equipment and strong technical capabilities. In 2015, its technology center was recognized as a "National Enterprise Technology Center" by the National Development and Reform Commission. In 2023, it passed the laboratory accreditation review of the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS). To date, it has obtained a total of 105 national patents, including 14 invention patents; and has implemented 4 national standards and 13 industry standards. It has also passed the integrated certification of four systems: quality management, environmental management, occupational health and safety management, and energy management.

In terms of operation, the company has always adhered to the market development principle of "customer-centric", committed to providing customers with high-quality products and after-sales service. The main indicators of its pre-baked anodes for aluminum electrolysis exceed the provisions of the first-grade products in YS/T 285-2022, fully meeting customer quality requirements and earning a good reputation. Products are sold to more than ten large aluminum plants in China and have a high market share in North America, Northern Europe, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.

In the future, the company plans to achieve clean production of carbon and product upgrades within 5-7 years, increase product added value, focus on the research and development of high-tech carbon materials, and ultimately build a new carbon material production base.
