Construction and operation of anti-pollution facilities
(1) Roasting workshop exhaust stack: The workshop waste gas is first denitrified by the SNCR furnace denitrification facility, then enters the pre-de-dusting system through a sealed flue for dust removal. After that, the tar in the flue gas is captured by an electrostatic precipitator, followed by ammonia desulfurization to remove sulfur dioxide from the flue gas. Finally, a wet electrostatic precipitator further removes dust. All facilities are operating normally. The purified flue gas is discharged into the atmosphere through a 77-meter-high chimney.
(2) Forming electrostatic precipitator exhaust stack: The asphalt smoke generated from the asphalt insulation and kneading and forming processes is collected and transported to an electrostatic precipitator for treatment via a sealed pipeline. The facility is operating normally. The purified flue gas is discharged through a 26-meter-high chimney.
