In accordance with the State Council's Decision on Amending the Regulations on Environmental Protection Management of Construction Projects Upon Completion (State Council Order No. 682), and the Ministry of Environmental Protection's Announcement on the Issuance of the Provisional Measures for the Acceptance of Construction Project Completion Environmental Protection (Guo Huan Gui Huan Ping [2017] No. 4), the completion environmental protection acceptance content of the new energy-saving calcination furnace technical transformation project of Feicheng Changsheng Special Graphite Co., Ltd. is hereby publicized as follows:
Project Name: New Energy-Saving Calcination Furnace Technical Transformation Project
Location: Within Feicheng Chemical Industry Park, south of Jinan Aohai Carbon
Construction Unit: Feicheng Changsheng Special Graphite Co., Ltd.
Construction Content: Removal of one existing 72-canister old calcination furnace (No. 11 furnace) and supporting waste heat boiler facilities in the existing calcination workshop (capacity: 45,000 t/a), and construction of one new 72-canister energy-saving calcination furnace in the existing idle workshop. This includes the transformation of the petroleum coke material system and the post-calcination coke vibration conveying system, equipped with 72 sets of energy-saving water jackets and one 20t/h waste heat boiler. After the transformation, the annual output of post-calcination coke will be 45,000 t/a, annual steam production will be 158,400 t, and annual power generation will be 2,956,500 kWh. The project's labor quota will be adjusted from existing personnel, with no increase in labor quota. The operating time is 330 d/a, 7920 h/a.
