Location: Within Feicheng Chemical Industry Park, south of Jinan Aohai Carbon
Construction Unit: Feicheng Changsheng Special Graphite Co., Ltd.
Construction Content: In order to improve product quality, extend the natural cooling time after pre-baking anode roasting, improve the working environment for employees, and eliminate safety hazards, Changsheng Graphite has renovated the roasting furnace in the roasting No. 2 workshop of the pre-baking anode production line reconstruction project, removing the existing 60 room roasting furnace and constructing a 66 room roasting furnace, adding 6 room are cooling rooms, and a 2 cooling room is added to each combustion system. After the roasting furnace renovation, the pre-baking anode production capacity remains unchanged, No. 2 the roasting production line is still 20 ten thousand tons / per year. Changsheng's total plant pre-baking anode production capacity is 42 ten thousand tons / per year. The labor quota for this project will be adjusted from existing personnel, without increasing the labor quota, and the operating time is 330d/a, 7920h/a。
