《 Jinan Aohai Carbon Co., Ltd. Pre-baked Anode Production Line Intelligent Transformation and Environmental Protection Facilities Improvement Project Environmental Impact Report》（Draft for Comments）has been compiled. According to the "Environmental Impact Assessment Law of the People's Republic of China", the "Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment Measures", and other documents the environmental impact assessment of this project is now being publicized to widely understand the attitudes of the public towards the project construction and their opinions and suggestions on environmental protection, and to accept public supervision.
Aohai Carbon's existing 2#、5 No. 3 baking furnace was built in 2011. After a long period of high-intensity use, the furnace body, fire channels, and walls have severely deformed, making it difficult to load and unload the furnace, creating safety hazards and affecting product quality. At the same time, the furnace body insulation effect and thermal efficiency are low, increasing natural gas consumption and significantly increasing production costs; the existing product factory area uses vehicle transportation, and the equipment and materials on the workshop floor are cluttered, posing significant safety hazards. In order to improve the level of automation and intelligence, improve the working environment, and achieve green production and energy saving and emission reduction, Aohai Carbon will target the existing 2#、5 No. 3 baking furnace for technical improvements, and in the original No. 3 baking production workshop in the factory area implement the No. 2 baking production line transformation. After the transformation, the original 2 No. 3 baking furnace will be removed, and the No. 5 baking production line will be demolished and renovated on-site. The total investment of the technical improvement project is 38600 yuan, covering an area of 23000m2 and has obtained the Shandong Provincial Construction Project Filing Certificate, with the project code being 2403 -370 124-07 -0 2-533256。
The main renovation content of the project is in the original No. 3 baking production workshop, the No. 2 baking production line will be renovated, and a new 66-chamber, 12-tray ring baking furnace will replace the original No. 2 42-chamber 8 tray baking furnace, No. 5 baking production line will be renovated on-site, and the original 48 chamber 8-tray baking furnace will be removed, and a new 66-chamber, 12-tray ring baking furnace will be built; a new "ammonia-based desulfurization + wet electrostatic precipitator" waste gas treatment facility for the baking furnace will be built, the SNCR denitrification system will be changed to urea dry denitrification, and a baking process automatic temperature control system, a modular mechanical loading and unloading system, and a roller conveyor system will be built.
After the completion of this project the production capacity of the No. 2 and No. 5 baking production lines will be increased from the current 80,000 tons/year to 130,000 tons/year, respectively. The total production capacity of the two baking furnaces will be increased from 1 6 million tons /year to 260,000 tons/year, and the total plant production capacity will be increased from 3 2 million tons /year to 420,000 tons/year. Wastewater treatment facilities, public auxiliary projects, and accident water pools all rely on existing facilities.
Total investment of the technical improvement project 38600 yuan, covering an area of 23000m2 and has obtained the Shandong Provincial Construction Project Filing Certificate, with the project code being 2403 -370 124-07 -0 2-533256 The project meets the requirements of national industrial policies.
