《 Jinan Aohai Carbon Co., Ltd. Intelligent Mechanization Upgrade Project of No. 1 and No. 3 Calcination Production Lines The Environmental Impact Report (Draft for Comments) has been compiled. According to the "Environmental Impact Assessment Law of the People's Republic of China", the "Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment Measures", and other documents a public notice of the environmental impact assessment is hereby issued to widely understand the attitudes of the public towards the project construction and their opinions and suggestions on environmental protection, and to accept public supervision.
In order to improve the level of automation and intelligence, improve the working environment, and achieve green production and energy saving and emission reduction, Aohai Carbon will carry out technical improvements to the existing No. 1 and No. 3 calcination furnaces. A new site will be used in the southwest corner of the factory (the original Longshan Carbon factory site) for the No. 1 calcination production line renovation, and the No. 3 calcination production line renovation will be implemented in the existing warehouse east of the No. 5 calcination production line within the factory area. After the renovation, the original No. 1 and No. 3 calcination production lines will be removed. The total investment of the technical improvement project is 30530.75 ten thousand yuan. The construction content conforms to national industrial policy requirements. No. 1 and No. 3 calcination furnaces have obtained the record for the intelligent mechanization upgrade project of No. 1 and No. 3 calcination production lines respectively, with project codes of 20 20 -370 124-30 -03- 122647 、20 20 -370 124-30 -03- 125533。
